Join Joleen for our final Friday night yoga and meditation practice of 2018!
Our practice will be dedicated to the Winter Solstice and return of the light, nourishing our energies with intention and light from the December Cold full moon.
This practice is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one provided by the store.
CBD gummy option is available; please arrive a few minutes early.
