This is a one day course and includes meditations, energy exercises, an attunement, and certificate of completion.

Ongoing support — A full support program is in place after the class via phone, email, and facebook support group.

Pre-requisites and Preparation:
It is important to have had a reiki session by a reiki practitioner before taking the class. In the week leading up to the class, take more time for yourself. Destress, meditate, exercise (yoga or tai chi are recommended) Try to avoid alcohol and eat SOUL food (Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed, Local)

A book for pre-class reading will be ready for you at the Morris store by May 18th. A remainder of $105 will be due the day of class. Registrations will not be taken after May 18th No walk-ins on the day of class.)
