Reiki 1 is a one day course perfect for anyone who wants to learn and receive the amazing healing energy.

In this class, you will learn the following:
• What Reiki Energy is
• How to connect to it
• The basic meaning of Life Energy
• How to improve your own Life Energy which, will increase your own natural gifts and intuition
• Basic Reiki Techniques
• Self Reiki Techniques
• Byosen Scanning which guides you to areas that need treatment
We will briefly discuss the following too:
• History of how Reiki started
• Charkas and the connection with healing
• Crystals and how to incorporate them into self reiki treatments.

The Attunement is the most important part of the class. The ceremony is a sacred spiritual experience that allows the energy to flow while receiving symbols for your journey. There is a 21 day Integration period after receiving the Reiki Level 1 Attunement.

The only prerequisite to Reiki 1 is that you should have experienced a Reiki session prior to class.

A $50 non-refundable deposit and registration is required. The class fee is $150 with a balance of $100 due on the day of the class. You can register online, or at Rock Soul Love Lockport.
