Yoga with Ellen
 Gentle Yoga
 Wednesdays, 6:00pm - 7:15pm
 
 This traditional style yoga class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. You’ll build flexibility, balance, strength, endurance & relaxation techniques. Modifications will be offered and a gentle vinyasa flow may be incorporated. 
 
 As you practice breathing techniques (pranayamas) and poses (asanas) the mind begins to calm. You’ll become aware that the mind, body and breath can control anxiety, assist in reducing stress and improving concentration ~
 
 You are in control of Yourself!
 If you have props such as a small blanket, blocks or straps be sure to bring them!
